TUITION AND FEES:

All tuition and fees are due at the beginning of each quarter unless special arrangements have been made.  Students who cannot pay the full amount at registration must pay at least 50% of the total tuition with the remaining 50% due in 30 days of registration.  IF 2nd PAYMENT IS NOT MADE ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE, THE STUDENT IS NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE PAYMENT PLAN THE FOLLOWING QUARTER THEY REGISTER.  AUBS may withdraw unpaid students from class after 30 days from the initial registration until tuition is paid in full.  Unpaid students will not receive grade(s) or credit for classes.  Unpaid students will not be seated for final exams.  A grade of “F” will be recorded for the class on the student’s permanent record, if all financial obligations are not met.  (VA RECIPIENTS REFER TO CATALOG REQUIREMENTS).


FEE SCHEDULE

Application fee:  $30.00 (one time)

Registration:  $10.00 per quarter

Library:  $10.00 per quarter

Late registration:  $25.00 per quarter

Undergraduate / Lay Certificate:  $110.00 / quarter hour… SO, a 3 Credit Hour Class costs: $330.00

Graduate / Master Degrees:  $135.00 / quarter hour… SO, a 3 Credit Hour Class costs:  $405.00

Audit:  One-half the regular tuition

LATE FINAL EXAM FEE:  $25.00                            RETURNED CHECK FEE: $35.00


Tuition is charged up to and including ten-quarter hours.  There is no charge for hours taken in excess of ten-quarter hours in any given quarter (15 Maximum Hours, without petitioning the Dean of Academics).  Senior citizens (age 65 or older) pay only fees, books and materials, as long as the class contains 5 or more paying students…. However, you will be enrolled in a particular class only if seating is available.  External studies are not available to Senior Citizen students unless, of course, the Senior Citizen desires to pay the entire fee, tuition, and any applicable tape, material and/or book fees.
